Circumcision
Circumcision means the removal of the foreskin and it is performed shortly after birth. About 60% of the American boys are circumcised. There are not any differences between a circumcised penis and an uncircumcised one.
Penis size
Research has shown that 90% of the adult erect penises are between five and seven inches long. The size of the flaccid penis has nothing to do with its erect state. There is a tendency for smaller flaccid penises to grow bigger than the ones which are quite big when flaccid.
Blue Balls
“Blue balls” is a slang term for that slightly achy feeling you get in the testicles when you get an erection but you don’t ejaculate.
Erection
When a man becomes sexually aroused, blood flows into the penis at a faster rate than it flows out of the penis. This phenomenon is known as vasocongestion. It causes the penis to become larger and stronger and this is called getting an erection.
Foreskin restoration
In this procedure, skin from the shaft is gradually stretched with tape or weights until it looks like a foreskin. |

Testicle Tutorial
All testicles hang down right behind the penis. Maybe you think that the penis has everything to do with male reproduction, but it is just used to deliver what the testicles produce. The testicles have the reproductive function and they act like the body’s sperm factory. The testicles produce sperm hour after hour, day after day, from the moment a guy hits puberty and till the last days of his life. The testicles also store the sperm, because they keep it there until the next time the man ejaculates. An average pair of testicles can produce 150 million sperm daily, and they can store up to two billion sperm at a time. The testicles are also responsible for pumping out testosterone, the male hormone that is responsible for beards, muscles, lower voices, and also the sex drive. Testicles are also an erogenous zone, meaning they are an area that responds to sexual stimulation. Many men enjoy having their testicles gently rubbed or stroked, while for other the testicles are a zone that cannot be touched and that has to be respected. KEEPING WARM, STAYING COOL Although many people call the testicles balls, they aren’t exactly round, being more egg-shaped like. Inside each testicle there is an extra-long network of tiny tubes, called seminiferous tubules. If these tubes were uncoiled, they would reach 1200 ft long. These tubes work as the sperm-making machine of the testicles. The temperature inside them has to be lower than the temperature of the body, between three and five degrees cooler than the body. The testicles are kept in this zone by the insulating sack which is called the scrotum. The scrotum is covered with wrinkly skin and hair and it looks different from man to man. If the outside temperature gets too cold, the cremaster muscle which is situated in the scrotum contracts to bring the testicles closer to the body. The opposite thing happens if the temperature outside is too high, because the cremaster muscles loosen up, letting the testicles hang as low as possible. Both testicles can hang at the same height, but in 80% of the cases the left testicle hangs lower that the right one. TO YOUR HEALTH Most guys know that testicles are really fragile and that any hit or twist can be extremely painful. Testicles need to be protected and supported during sporting activities that include running, jumping, or sudden movements with the jock strap. Partners should also treat them gently during sex and sex play. If a guy experiences a sharp and sudden pain in the testicles, he should see a doctor right away. This could be a serious condition which is called testicular torsion. In this condition, the testicle becomes twisted inside the scrotum. You shouldn’t panic in the case of “blue balls”, when you get sexually aroused and you don’t ejaculate. This may be pretty painful but there is no need to worry. The pain can go away on its own, or you can masturbate to make the pain go away. For signs of itchiness, bumps, or other changes, you should check a clinician. This could be jock itch, which is a sexually transmitted infection. Although it happens very rarely, some teenagers get testicular cancer. You can perform a testicular self-exam every month, looking for signs that something is wrong with your testicles.
